SCHEDULE
Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting: Tuesday, August 8th, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. in the Killian Room at the International Trade Center, 250 N. Water Street, Mobile Alabama 36602.
In order to attend the Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting and receive the bid package a representative of the company authorized to receive Security Sensitive Information must complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and return it to TWIC2023@alports.com via email. Once the Prospective bidder completes the NDA and submits it to the e-mail address above, they will receive the design-build bid documents electronically on or about July 24, 2023.
Individuals that do not complete and submit and NDA prior to the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to enter the meeting room.
