Linda K. Paaymans, CPM, CPE 

Chief Financial Officer  

Linda K. Paaymans, CPM, CPE, serves as the Alabama Port Authority’s chief financial officer. With over 35 years in the industry, Linda has FASB, GAAP, GASM and IFRS experience in manufacturing and governmental accounting. She joined the Port in 2008 as vice president of finance and stepped into her current role in 2019. As CFO, Linda is responsible for fiscal analysis, planning and management. Before joining the Alabama Port Authority, Linda worked at LafargeHolcim as a plant controller, Zierick Manufacturing Corp as chief financial officer, and BASF as a strategic supply manager.

Linda received a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. Her activities and interests include travel, social equity, environmental conservation, and adaptive technology.
